1. Placing an Order

When you submit an order through orlavyn.com, you are requesting to purchase the products selected during checkout.

Before submitting your order, please review:

• The planter, quantity, colour, size, set, or configuration selected.
• The dimensions shown on the relevant product page.
• Your shipping address and contact information.
• Your billing details.
• The final order total and any applicable shipping charges.

2. Order Confirmation

After an order is submitted, an order confirmation may be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

An order confirmation confirms that we have received your request. It does not necessarily mean that fulfillment has been completed. Orders may remain subject to payment authorization, product availability, address verification, fraud-prevention review, and other reasonable operational checks.

3. Order Acceptance and Cancellation by Orlavyn

Where reasonably necessary and permitted by applicable law, Orlavyn may decline or cancel an order before shipment.

This may include circumstances such as:

• A planter, colour, size, or configuration becoming unavailable.
• An obvious pricing or listing error.
• Payment authorization failure.
• Incomplete or invalid customer information.
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity.
• An unexpected inability to fulfill the order.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been successfully collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

4. Product Information

Orlavyn offers sculptural indoor planters created for contemporary interiors. Our collection includes expressive architectural forms, wave and ripple textures, modular configurations, floor planters, low-basin forms, statement pieces, and selected self-watering designs.

We aim to present useful and accurate product information, including photographs, colours, proportions, dimensions, materials, surface finishes, product configurations, planter openings, and intended use where applicable.

Because Orlavyn planters are designed to function as both practical plant vessels and decorative interior objects, customers should review the dimensions carefully and consider the intended plant, surface, room, shelf, table, console, or floor area before purchasing.

Colours displayed on screens may vary slightly from the physical product because of monitor settings, lighting conditions, photography, production tolerances, and surface finish. Subtle variations in tone, texture, pattern, or finish may also occur and are not necessarily considered defects.

Plants, flowers, books, furniture, decorative accessories, stands, pedestals, and other styling objects shown in lifestyle photographs are not included unless the applicable product page specifically states otherwise.

5. Product Use and Care

Orlavyn planters should be used on stable, suitable surfaces and in a manner consistent with the product description and intended use.

Customers should consider the combined weight of the planter, growing medium, water, and plant before placing larger pieces on shelves, elevated furniture, delicate surfaces, or other areas with limited weight capacity.

Where a planter includes a drainage, insert, modular, or self-watering component, customers should follow the applicable care and usage guidance provided with the product or on the product page.

Appropriate protection should be used where necessary to help prevent moisture, soil, condensation, or surface contact from affecting furniture or flooring.

6. Prices

The price displayed at checkout is the price applicable to your transaction, subject to valid promotions and the correction of obvious errors where permitted by law.

7. Promotions and Discounts

Promotional pricing, discount codes, bundle offers, free-shipping promotions, or other offers may be subject to specified time periods, eligible products, minimum purchase amounts, quantity requirements, or other conditions displayed with the relevant offer.

8. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method selected.

10. Order Processing

Orders are generally prepared for shipment within up to 7 business days after an order is placed.

Processing time is separate from delivery time. Weekends, holidays, order volume, product availability, and other reasonable operational circumstances may affect processing schedules.

11. Estimated Delivery

Standard delivery is generally estimated at 10–20 business days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier delays, customs procedures, weather, destination, transportation disruptions, public holidays, and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery timing.

12. Fulfillment and Shipping Origin

Orders may be fulfilled from our facilities or from partner fulfillment locations depending on product availability, inventory location, and delivery destination.

We do not represent that every order will be dispatched from a warehouse located within the customer's country.

13. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed before payment is completed.

The shipping rate or any free-shipping promotion applicable to your order will be the amount clearly displayed during checkout at the time of purchase.

14. Tracking Information

After an order has shipped and tracking information becomes available, customers will generally receive a shipping confirmation together with the available tracking details.

If tracking information has not updated for an extended period, please contact service@orlavyn.com and include your order number.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered fulfillment or has been dispatched.

16. Customer Order Cancellations

To request cancellation, contact service@orlavyn.com as soon as possible and include your order number.

Once an order has shipped, cancellation will generally no longer be possible. Eligible products may instead be returned after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

17. Returns

Eligible customers may request a return within 30 days after receiving their order, subject to the conditions of our Return & Refund Policy.

Products should generally be unused, undamaged, and returned in the condition in which they were received, together with original packaging, inserts, components, and accessories where applicable.

18. Return Shipping Costs

For preference-based returns, ordering mistakes, colour or size-selection issues, or other returns not caused by damage, defect, an incorrect product, or a fulfillment error, customers may be responsible for applicable return shipping costs as stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

19. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If a planter arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, please contact service@orlavyn.com.

Please provide, where available:

• Your order number.
• A short description of the issue.
• Clear photographs of the planter and affected area.
• Photographs of the outer and inner packaging where relevant.
• Any other information reasonably required to review the issue.

After reviewing the circumstances, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, return solution, or other remedy consistent with applicable law and our published policies.

20. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Processing and posting times may vary depending on the reason for the refund and the customer's bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

21. Product Availability

Product, colour, size, and configuration availability may change without notice.

If we are unable to fulfill an item after an order has been submitted, we may cancel the affected item and refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

22. Fraud Prevention

Orders and transactions may be reviewed where reasonably necessary to protect customers and Orlavyn from fraud, unauthorized purchases, payment abuse, or security risks.
